Where do I start our previous landlord was kind, caring, understanding, allow tenants to split $1475 rent in half or pay him $600 or more weekly. no late fees no issues what so ever since I lived at 12th & Allison since December off 2025! I don't want to include the other great blessings our previous landlord blessed my family with... As of June 2026 he sadly sold the property to Ben/ Stealth Wealth Group (NIGHTWARE)! This youngin has came along changing things already in place without issuing new lease agreements! Now it's tenants cannot split rent in half or weekly payments; he claim rent has to be paid in full there is now a $75 late fee as of the 9th of each month. Within not even 30 days new management he had a male with a badge posting pink slips about rent being late! The trash company they cheaply switched to 5280 Waste a complete waste of time, LAZY uncaring company barely pics up our trash and had Nerve to place a smaller trash dumpster for over six units here! Now not one but three previous tenants STOP paying rent said they would rather take there $1475 and move out! Even if Stealth Wealth charge them for the remaining of their lease they Do Not Care! Some of the tenants are on fixed incomes but surely this company care less so they are moving to find peace and better property management! This is sad how we have to live a;ready no closet space whatsoever, no counter space to place any appliances you cannot even use the counter space to do much. And NO AC it be completely HOOOT. Things you could have dealt with if it was caring management! Now I see why tenants are Up and moving out. Our previous landlord had the place nice no pressure, issues he came fixed things, did the lawn and the trash was never how it's been since June! I see racoons and wild animals coming from our trash it is uncomfortable and very sad we have to live like this paying rent is all they want! Well time to focus on what everyone else is doing for peace and comfort! MOVE ON OUT
